If a relationship does not change you - for good or bad, then you are not in one, nor do you have one.

 

If every conversation is a win / lose; then the losing side will eventually leave.

 

There may not be a right or wrong self held opinion, but there are good and bad ones; there are also better ones to embrace.

 

You don't have to like what a person says to acknowledge it and use it in your life.
